How does annual billing work?

Monthly prices are USD 20, 50 and 70. Annual billing takes 10% off that price and charges once a year. The cards show the equivalent per month; the total annual charge is shown underneath. Applicable taxes are additional.

What changes between plans?

Starter covers up to 50 beds, Growth up to 120 beds, and Scale up to two properties with bed capacity agreed in the demo. All plans include the same core: guests, rooms and beds, stays, charges, payments, balances and the daily operational view.

Can you bring my data over?

We look at how your data lives today and agree what makes sense to bring across. The scope and any associated costs are confirmed during the demo.

Can I cancel or change plans?

We confirm cancellation and plan-change terms during the demo, before you commit. If your capacity changes, we review your case together.

What is Innaris Intelligence?

It is a machine learning initiative in development, intended to help owners make decisions. It is not available, is not part of these plans and does not come with a promise of early access.
