ABOUT

Software for hostels should understand
how hostels actually work.

Innaris is a focused product, built by a small team, for the operation a hostel runs every single day.

Why we are building it

Hostel operations are specific. The software should be too.

Generic hotel tools start at the room. Hostel workflows, left alone, start in a spreadsheet. Neither of them starts where the work actually starts: a person, a bed, a set of dates and the money attached to them.

Innaris begins with those relationships and refuses to duplicate them. A guest is not retyped into a stay; a stay is not retyped into a balance. Everything the team already knows stays connected, which is the only way a night shift can hand the property over cleanly.

We are building it in the open, one capability at a time, with the operation of real hostels as the measure of whether something is worth shipping.

Product principles

Keep the product focused, leave room to grow.

  1. Hostel-first, not hotel-lite.

The model starts with bed-level inventory and the way hostel teams actually move a guest through the property.

  2. Connected records over duplicated data.

Guest, stay, inventory and financial activity reference each other instead of becoming four separate versions of reality.

  3. Simple daily work, structured foundation.

The interface stays approachable while the model underneath stays strong enough for reporting, automation and what comes next.

Where the product is

What exists today, and what does not.

Working today

  • Guests, bed-level inventory, stays, charges, payments and a daily operational view.
  • One shared operational record for the whole team.

On the roadmap

  • Innaris Intelligence: an assistant that reads the operation and suggests decisions. Not available today, not billed.

The product is easier to judge with someone showing you around.

We would rather walk you through it on your own operation than write another paragraph about it.
